These Terms and Conditions apply to the Black Friday Bundle Offer by Click Genius LTD.

Offer Components
Includes 100 business cards, Genius Booking system, website design limited to a single page, and a care plan discount.
Validity Period
Valid from 20th November to 4th December.
Business Cards
Customizable from a selection of templates.
Genius Booking System
One agent and location included for one year.
Website as a SaaS and IP Rights
The website is provided under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model and is limited to a single page design. Intellectual Property (IP) rights remain with Click Genius LTD. Reuse of website elements by Click Genius LTD is permitted. Requests for additional pages beyond the single page included in the offer will incur additional costs.
Care Plan Discount
30% discount on care plans for the first year.
Payment
Full payment required upon purchase, non-refundable.
Cancellation and Changes
Customers may cancel or modify their participation in the Offer within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations after the 14-day period may incur a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be determined based on services already rendered or costs incurred by Click Genius LTD. Modifications to the Offer may be subject to availability and could incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the change requested.
Limitation of Liability
Click Genius LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the Offer. This limitation of liability does not exclude or limit Click Genius LTD’s liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Click Genius LTD operates.
Amendments
Click Genius LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of any component of the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
