Upon the landing page’s completion, a team member can fill out a form to book appointments. Once submitted, Stuart, the Director of Eco Efficient Installations, receives an email with all relevant data about the upcoming appointment. Twenty minutes later, the customer receives a confirmation email containing personalised information such as their name, appointment date, time, and service requested. This is followed by an informational email providing extensive details about the purchased service, ensuring the customer is well-informed.

This automated workflow has greatly reduced the time spent on administrative tasks for the team at Eco Efficient Installations.
